Information you choose to provide

When you use the Newcomly contact form, we collect the information you enter: your name, email address, subject, and message. We use that information only to review and respond to your inquiry, correction, feedback, or topic suggestion.

When you use the Newcomly community feature, we collect the display name and message you submit and, if you choose to provide it, an email address. Community submissions are held for moderation before publication. Email addresses are not displayed publicly. The Newcomly community form does not intentionally store the submitter’s IP address.

How we use and share information

Newcomly does not sell personal information and does not share contact-form or community information with third parties for their own advertising or marketing. Information may be processed by service providers that are necessary to operate the website or deliver messages, such as web hosting, security, and email infrastructure.

Analytics, cookies, and technical information

Retention and deletion requests

Contact messages and moderation records may be retained for as long as reasonably needed to respond, prevent abuse, document corrections, or operate the site. If you want Newcomly to delete personal information you previously submitted, use the Contact page and provide enough information to locate the submission. We may need to retain limited records where required for security, legal, or operational reasons.

Children

Newcomly is intended as a general informational resource for adults and families and is not designed to knowingly collect personal information from children through its forms.
